Is there a requirement for an end-user (e.g. twitter scrolling end-user) to verify the veracity of the VP? Is there a requirement for twitter to be able to verify? By verify, I mean check the cryptography and confirm provenance.

Closed per 30 September 2024 CAWG meeting. No longer relevant given identity claims aggregation model.
