Playing pre-rolls without any trailers

To play pre-rolls you need to enable movie trailers (requires Plex Pass). However, PKC doesn't allow you to set the number of movie trailers to be played to zero. The minimum is one.

Other Plex clients like the official web one allow you to set movie trailers to zero. This allows you to play pre-rolls without any movie trailers.

Suggestion is to allow the user to set the number of movie trailers to be played to zero when the setting play movie trailers is enabled.
