[Feature Request] Add the last time ads were triggered and for how long to the top bar in the Dashboard

Describe the solution you'd like
As a monetized streamer, I would like the Dashboard to show my last ad start time and last ad duration.

Additional context
At this time, I don't use Twitch's automated ad scheduling, because I like to choose "convenient" times to run them, normally running 180 seconds every hour or so to avoid pre-roll ads. This does require me to track my ad time, however. Firebot currently shows some ad information in the top of the window, but this information is not present. It would help me substantially if that information was given; I could see eventually wanting to have even more information (e.g. "total time in the last hour" or something), but for now I'd rather see incremental additions to the information; even "time last started" would be a huge help.
