For some reason BFX added pairs with colons (DOGE:USD) and K errors out when trying to set them. Tried both "DOGE/USD" and "DOGE:USD" like their API shows but the first one doesn't work (can't find symbol) and the second one is a K error that says symbols must have "XXX/YYY" format.

(i been too much focused on coinbase lately and didnt noticed)
