fix interactive map in omeka exhibit static archive

The interactive map of the omeka exhibit should look like this: https://catapanoth.com/omandka/exhibits/show/global-ingredients--the-divers/map

And should allow users to click on the pins, showing a clickable popup to the ingredient page:

However, it now looks like this (with associated error): http://sandbox.makingandknowing.org/omandka/exhibits/show/global-ingredients--the-divers/map.html

Note that the maps on each individual ingredient page DO render:

But these are not interactive to begin with (i.e., one does not click on them to have the popup show up - though one can still zoom, move around)
