Bug: IntelliJ crashes with type="text/template"

Current behavior:

• Create a new Fusion Component
• Add a renderer with afx
• Add a script with type="text/template", although this isn't strictly speaking a valid MIME-Type, it is still valid

• IntelliJ freezes completeley

Expected behavior:

• IntelliJ doesn't freeze anymore

Versions:

• IntelliJ 2023.1.1 and 2022.3.3 (at least)
• Neos Support 1.16.0
• MacOs 13.0.1
• No other Plugins except PHP Support
