Feature request: goto contributor for resource links

Currently the reference for resource:// links only works in yaml, but not for example in fusion or php.
It would be handy to type such links into the file-finder plus as a workaround for the aforementioned use-cases we could select the string and open up the finder dialog.

(In the meantime I got a symbol contributor for node-types somewhat working, but I couldn't yet apply that to files..)
