use bbox to mapping keypoints to original image but failed

Hi, your work is beneficial for 3D reconstruction. Now I want to estimate small object poses from multiview images but always fail. So I use bbox to crop the object image and then extract features and map to the original size to reconstruction, but only two images were reconstructed successfully. Do you happen to know the reason?
