HowToCompileCaffe.txt

Make sure you have 
lmdb from http://symas.com/mdb/
blas from intel mkl or other
gflags from https://code.google.com/p/gflags/source/checkout 
--> Make sure to enable shared library in gflags cmake file

1. git clone git@dbv.inf-cv.uni-jena.de:deep-learning-tools/caffe.git
2. cd caffe 
3. cp Makefile.config.example Makefile.config
4. Edit Makefile:

6. To run, add required stuff to LD_LIBRARY_PATH, such as
