Deleting a device removes the device from all inputs

The intention of the delete action for loggly_device resources is to remove the device only from the specified input, but I haven't quite figured out how to do this via the Loggly API.

David at Loggly responded to my inquiry about deleting devices from specific inputs:

"You can add devices on a per-input basis, but it looks like blocking IPs is global. I guess there's an argument either way, but that's what we've got right now."
