The UX of configuring the lookup plugin and role has been evaluated

Currently, we use role variables and environment variables that share values when configuring both the conjur lookup plugin and the conjur host identity role in the same playbook.

We should evaluate the UX of this experience and see if there's a need to improve it or consolidate the variables. For example, it may be possible to the environment variables to inherit the role variable values.
