PAS-AIO template for V14

There is no longer a PAS-AIO template for CyberArk v14. I would like to see this brought back.

Describe the solution you would like

It would help to have this for POC of V14. If it can't be done, then an explanation would be valuable. For example, is there a reason why certain components cannot exist on the same host in V14?
