Trying to locate intended island is tricky.

Looking at https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=10/37.3849/24.9115&layers=Y there are several stylings:

OSM Carto showing just local labels - what is useful if you can read it.
Cyclosm not showing island labels at all
Transport Map showing also transliteration/translation but only for city names

Island name should be already rendered, but must be enhanced for sure.
