use official sources rather than cake-tech may need to backport android and/or other compatibility changes cw_monero may not implement all new 0.18.2 features
remove hex and txky members from Dart FFI

Going to keep open for awhile longer for easy reference, but this pull shouldn't be merged and Duo work will on in #duo/main etc |
