renogy bt idea to enhance by chance settings as in dc home app

thanks for the great work.
wondering if it is possible to enhance the functions by writing and change / maintain the settings similar to dc home.
I am very unhappy with dc home, as sometimes it is not connecting to the charge controller.

I am not experienced enough to enhance the code by myself.
there is a code availabe to change settings via raspberry and cable , but it would be great to have those without the raspberry .
is is the solarthing project (https://github.com/wildmountainfarms/solarthing)which is in java. I can not migrate the code from java to C+ oder esphome.
I am using the fork from running the ble on esphome https://github.com/mavenius/renogy-bt-esphome

anyone else interessted in those features?
