Anonymize Names after Closed with Initials

After a submission is closed, allow the candidate's initials to be viewed so that employees can reference the code test when interviewing.

If you add an initial field to the form, I can enter that when submitting the test, or perhaps CTB is smart enough to recognize the initials based on the full name? (Full names should remain anonymous so that candidates cannot view their test once hired - some feedback isn't so polite.)
