Integration could not be set up after updating to branch 1.X.X

Describe the bug
After updating to branch 1.0.0 and also to 1.0.1 and following the update instructions (almost) to the letter, the integration just stopped working and can not be set up at HA start. Previous version worked without problems.

To Reproduce

1. Update to 1.X.X'
2. Change configuration.yaml as instructed
3. Restart

Comment language string. It seems the problem is there. Let's hope it will be solved somehow soon.

It is also failing to be configured for me.
I get this error message:
Invalid config for [sensor.wundergroundpws]: [api_key] is an invalid option for [sensor.wundergroundpws]. Check: sensor.wundergroundpws->api_key. (See ?, line ?).
I am not setting lang (that option does not appear at all in my config file).

I did at first, but then I also tried manually copying the files and the result was the same.

this is not designed for HACS, so I can not help you there.

per HACS website:

DANGER
Not all repositories will work in HACS, since HACS still needs the repository to have a known structure.

i can only suggest you uninstall it from HACS, make sure it is completely removed, then manuallly install per the Readme.

or revert back to v0.8.3 without the weather entity for the forecast card (even though 0.8.3 was not designed for HACS either, but it was much less complex than v1.0.1).

The issue was the change in yaml objects. Now works. Thank you.

Hi, a bit unsure as to what the YAML changes need to be. If you could give more details, that would be most appreciated. (I'm still learning)

Update. Managed to sort my YAML. I needed to move my weather sensors to the sensor.yaml file and put the wundergroundpws settings in the config.yaml file. A bit of trial an error but so pleased to have this working again.

I have also the [api_key] error. How did you solve it ? What is the change in the yaml ?

Check the link provided in the post above yours. You must reconfigure your configuration.yaml.
