Upload files without going through the GUI or cli

Is there a way to mount a volume on the docker pod without having to use the cli or the GUI?

I'm having trouble with HTTP 413 with those two so I'd just like to mount my external drive with all my files on it directly into the docker pod.

I am looking for this as well. We have thousands of images (svs) we want to import into cytomine. How can we do this without the webui.
