Cytoscape.js network created from the iRegulon results.

By default, show the regulators and regulated genes (as nodes) from the top 4 Transcription Factors (TFs)
- Show only the query genes, except for the TFs
- Show only the top TF: the other ones just help the prediction
The network and the Genes Panel must be updated when the user checks/unchecks a TF in the Data Panel

Example from the Cytoscape app:
