Hello HTB-Helper community!

As we continue to refine our tool, we've identified several areas for improvement. We'd love to gather your thoughts and feedback on the following proposed changes:

1. Flag/Options Menu: Introduce a comprehensive flag or options menu for better user command-line experience.
2. Nmap Scanning: Address and fix issues with the current Nmap scanning feature.
3. Directory Layout Choice: Provide users with an option to choose their preferred directory layout.
4. Loading Bar Aesthetics: Rethink and redesign the loading bar for a more appealing look.
5. Pre-install Tmux: Ensure tmux is pre-installed for enhanced terminal multiplexing.
6. Pre-install Aliases: Incorporate commonly used aliases for quicker command execution.
7. Box Alias Assignment: Implement a feature to assign aliases specific to the box being targeted.
8. Remove SecList from tools.py: Consider removing or replacing the SecList tool.
9. Error Logging: Improve error output and provide clarity on where the error logs are stored.
10. Tmux Script Permissions: Ensure the tmux script is executable by default.
11. Edit Tmux Config: Add shortcuts for switching panes in tmux for better navigation.
12. Directory Structure: Reconsider having 'htb' as the main directory name.
13. Multiple Box Handling: Implement a mechanism to use the tool for multiple boxes without rerunning the entire setup process.
