SVG smileys with the coming DokuWiki release

The coming release of DokuWiki uses SVG instead of GIF-images for the smileys. The gif-images are already removed in coming release.

Not sure if ODP files supports already svg-files, if not, extra attention could be needed due to this change.
(Not tested).
