Hi,

I just discovered this awesome integration. I installed it with HACS. In my setup, I have two radiators in a room which can also be controlled manually (plus and minus buttons on the device [Eurotronic Spirit zigbee]). When I now manually change on one device, I would like to sync the values to all devices in the same group.
The current behaviour:
Two devices in the group. both are set to 18°C by the group setting. when I now manually change one to 20°C the group has value of 19°C and the other one is still left at 18°C.
Maybe this could be an option in the configuration file.

In that case I only spoke from the temperature. But the same goes to the hvac-modes -> not in sync when changed on one.

That would be really a great option.
Thought often about it, too, but I could image that it needs a bit more work and logic.

If you have only one 'master' the sync can quite easily be achieved using normal HA automations. The two way could also be possible with automations, but I am not sure it HA gets into a loop then. This component is based on the official light group component. Maybe something like this is implemented there?

My HmIP thermostats support this out of the box when using a CCU. Maybe other brands have it as well? Of course having it here would be more generic, but I do not have the time to look into it.

I tried it with nodered but did not came to an end. I'm also new to nodered. I will try more the next days (maybe weeks...) and will let you know if I get something done. Maybe this can help you integrate it in this compontent.

Or it will be implemented in the original light group and everything is fine. 😄

I have made an initial (not tested) implementation here:
#28

you have to add:

master_device: entity

to your config
