Describe the bug
I am using a Controller 69 Pro, there is an "ALL" tab and I only have 1 port, port1.
When changing states in the "ALL" tab, it will change the states for Port 1 and HA is able to get the states. However, now if you try to make an action on Port1 using HA, it does not override the current state because Controller is still on "ALL" tab( port 1 states does not override "ALL" tab)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'ALL' tab on your controller
Set Power ON level to '10.'
Trigger an action on HA to set Power ON level to "4" on "Port 1".
There is no effect on the current wind output, it's still at "10", because Controller is on "All" tab.
Expected behavior
Wind output(Power ON) level should be at "4" instead of 10
