Translate long form notes

Have a go at filling out the User Story template below

As a Damus purple subscriber who wants to read a long form note in a foreign language , I would like to damus to auto translate the long form note , so that I can read the note in my preferred language.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Long form notes posted in foreign languages are not automatically translated, nor can they be manually translate today in damus (select text in long form notes is not available #1410).
