Wrong country detection

Hi Dave,

First of all awesome project, congrats.

I'm receiving foul data for several coordinates; the case I found was referring to IT, but the reverse geocoder identify them as AZ.

Can you check if you believe that's caused by the algorithm or the source data?

get_country(16.9086848, 40.9708037) returns IT for me.

I can not get the value "RU" (37.637609, 55.751920)
But other values are returned correctly.
