Overview

The challenge

Users should be able to:

• View the optimal layout for the site depending on their device's screen size
• Shorten any valid URL
• See a list of their shortened links, even after refreshing the browser
• Copy the shortened link to their clipboard in a single click
• Receive an error message when the form is submitted if:
  • The input field is empty

My process

What I learned

This is the first major Vue.js project I have finished. I learned a lot about separating code into components and how to set up interactions between them with events and props.

Continued development

I really enjoyed developing with Vue.js, but I still need to learn a lot about it, which I plan to do by building more projects with it.
