Are you referring to the G-WAN Application Server?
I've been following Rapthers for quite some time, but haven't digged deep into it, have been working on my own Framework for G-WAN for some time

I'll publish it when it's done.
It takes some time.

I just looked through Raphters, you cannot use it for G-WAN. Raphters is a nice idea though.
Dispatcher.(c,h) is an equivalent to the G-WAN handlers.
simple.c would be a csp (controller) and request.(c,h) acts like the /includes directory, G-WAN comes with more though.

I've been testing it a G-WAN package for slackware and ubuntu..

Off-topic:
How has G-Wan stopped progressing since March? I afraid the solo developer is missing in action.

I'm have decide to use Java instead of C for many reasons: 99.9999% availability, tomorrow solution, mult-core ready and lastly, Oracle is make a real effort in release better JVM with Java 8 and 9. It will be interesting to use Scala (run on top of JVM) for imperative and functional programming. G-Wan has A-grade in performance but I don't believe it is designed for horizontal scaling.
