Right now there's only a title

Data should be shown:

Index: Could start as a table with several fields, one day Amazon-style
Show: The file is downloaded right away, would be good to have a proper show page with a view/download button
Edit/New: the form should include the fields

Should include a unique identifier (ISBN)
