Quiz archiveing only total score and time, but not questions, questions score and answers

I created quiz with two questions - one text questions and one multiple choice question. Turned on archiving quiz results. Plugin populated tables mdl_local_recompletion_qa and mdl_local_recompletion_qg which contain total score and time info, but tables that are supposed to store data about each answered question in a quiz remained empty (mdl_local_recompletion_qr_single and mdl_local_recompletion_qr_text in my test where only those two question types were used).
