Enhancement: Extension of prompt library features to Librechat agent conversation starters

What features would you like to see added?

While conversation starters help users pre-populate agent-specific prompts, it would be nice to associate or tag prompts defined in the "Prompts" section with librechat agents. It would be particularly useful if conversation starters could inherit all of the features of prompts (ability to have "fill-in" values, labeling, filtering of prompts, prompt versioning and ability to turn of auto-send, etc.)
