Cryptosign authentication support

Hi @darrenjs,

I started using wampcc for a tiny embedded project. I works great, thank you so much for this nice piece of code. Moving towards more robust authentication patterns, I was wondering, if the cryptosign method would ever get support (with the embedded router, for my use case). If there are no plans to do this, what would be your conservative estimate on the implementation complexity?

I've reviewed many RPC and communication protocols and found WAMP to be quite competitive in terms of features, documentation and language support. It's sad to see that most implementations, although not all, seem to stall since a few years. Any ideas why?
