ability to adjust colorbar position with axisOffset

Presently you can only use axisOffset to scoot out a left or bottom axis, but not a right axis or a colorbar. One should be able to use axisOffset here, and with a colorbar the entire colorbar (with the "wedge" of colors) should move out as well.
