Hello and thank you! I am looking to add the Splunk distribution to supported distributions.

Hi! The doc that explains the backend validation is here: https://github.com/dash0hq/otelbin/blob/main/packages/otelbin-validation/README.md

If you point me to the RPM packages of the Splunk distro, should be a quick thing to get the first version out. Especially if you support something like the validate subcommand of the upstream distros.
