Deploy metadata standardizer interface on PEPhub

To do this we will need:

• 1. finish small model (@saanikat)
• 2. finish bedmess interface in package (@saanikat)
• 3. add endpoint (@sanghoonio -- pephub package, which would use bedmess package)
• 4. hook up UI (@sanghoonio)

It would be great if I could demonstrate an initial working deployment of this by a meeting I have on August 19th.

Assuming the model is sufficiently small to be deployed on a server, bedmess just needs to be updated to actually return results instead of logging it out (#10).

Small models have been uploaded to HuggingFace.

#8 and #10 solved with the new PR.
