Display the metric from the maximum date rather than from Sys.Date()

People will sometimes (often) work with historic datasets, which means that the "Last Year" or "Last 8 Weeks" that appear by default will sometimes be blank.

To avoid this, panel_metric could use the maximum date in the metric data, rather than using today's date, to calculate the cutoff.
