Remind learners that CHM_HARV_df was created in lesson 4 #337

If lesson 4 is skipped for whatever reason, learners will not have the CHM_HARV_df object needed for lesson 8, 9, and 11. It would be good to add some sort of note about this. Could be a link or it could be a .prereq callout (https://carpentries.github.io/lesson-example/04-formatting/index.html#special-blockquotes)

This is a new issue consolidating #309 and #306
