Add a -skipColumn and -LineBreakCharacter feature to Import-dbaCsv

This is a fabulous tool and has saved me much in the way of SSIS faffing but i just wonder if i could request the following features.
a skipColumn feature so all columns would be imported except a specified column or columns and also a LineBreakCharacter for those of use who have to contend with spurious line breaks.
