Code Owners file usage?

Since the module and command list has grown so much now, would there be interest in creating and maintaining a CODEOWNERS file?

Being that we are all ps1 files the only way I would see this working is by regex in some way. We might be able to try using the matching documented here.

I'd assume something like this should work by reading that section:

functions/*DataMasking.ps1 functions/*DbPii*.ps1 @sanderstad
