Add info box with tips/rules for publicising

  • For links to work in all forums following the RSS-feed (i.e discord and slack), the text for an hyperlink has to be the same as the link
  • Example: [https://dsekt.se/data](https://dsekt.se/data) works, but not [cool link](https://dsekt.se/data)
  • Unsure if
• Forms and facebook events should be posted as links in the post, and not just in the event/forms fields below the title of the post
  • Again because they won't be added to the RSS-feed otherwise
• Make it clear that all information has to be available in English
  • §4 in our information distribution policy
