program just added to the path can be run from terminal but cant be detected by rofi how to fix it?

As the title said. how to add it to the rofi without re-login or reboot?

If the program is in $PATH, it should be visible in 'run'. If PATH is modified, make sure rofi is launched with modified PATH.
