Currently ALL the devices specified in a labby_project.yml definition, will be assigned an IP Address out of the pool of the mgmt_network spec.

This might not be ideal case, for example the Cloud object in GNS3 can also have an IP address but it is symbolic only.

It is not necessarily an issue, but more like a nice to have.
