在YouTube发展初期，平台通过降低视频的存储和分享门槛，解决了UGC视频的供给问题；第二阶段通过内容分成和广告系统的搭建，促进了PUGC/PGC内容的兴起，形成商业闭环；移动时代通过推荐系统解决海量内容和海量用户的匹配问题，复用安卓系统的全球增长引擎，通过Platform+Studio实现内容本土化。
