I have a 2.4.8.1 OJS (windows server with xamp) and cant have the theme displays that file. I really dont want to have to modify the core journal.tpl

I ve just added some random text at the end of the file, but nothings changes.

What am i supposed to do?

I have not tested the plugin on Windows, let me install a Windows os and try.
