timerHandles seems to leak memory quite heavily

Using setDriftlessTimeout a lot will create a memory leak, easily and quickly reproducible:

function setTimeoutAndLog() {
    setDriftlessTimeout(() => {
        setTimeoutAndLog();
    }, 10) 
}

setTimeoutAndLog();
