Add an ICC profile for images with CMYK color space #103

There are free ICC profiles at http://www.eci.org/ (for my understanding). For example http://www.eci.org/_media/downloads/icc_profiles_from_eci/eci_cmyk_v2.zip

It will be nice to add it to the library imageio-openjpeg. But it has a size of approx 1,5 MB and can be to large.

An alternative solution can be an API to set it for the users which want to bundle it. Or want use a different version of a CMYK profile.

Depending on your preferred solution I can create a pull request for it.
