What part(s) of the page would you like to see updated?

In order to respond in dbt-labs/dbt-core#9442 (comment), I searched Google for how to make a "dbt cloud feature request", but I didn't find any good instructions.

So I made up my own instructions and screenshots on the fly.

It would be awesome if I could ask a search engine "how can I open an enhancement / feature request in dbt Cloud?" and it would give me similar instructions as seen here: dbt-labs/dbt-core#9442 (comment)
