Best Way to Avoid "Your flight is delayed" ?

Hi, I use the ASAP option and air starts but some player flights still get delayed at the mission start screen. Is there a way to avoid this or is it largely determined by the mission planner? Would be great to have the time accelerate function in the next Lib update version.

Update:

1. If you want to start in the air, make all flights in your package start in the air. Otherwise the one that starts cold or on the runway could delay your flight. Also, make sure ASAP is checked in your mission package.
2. Plan your own target/mission with ASAP checked (assuming your flight is the only one in the package).
3. Wait for Lib v5 with time acceleration.
