F16 loadout error

Little help, i tested the IDF Mods F16I using OvGME to install and remove, all fine no errors ect. Made a mistake and loaded up a Liberation mission with it enabled and now i keep getting this error.
Tried repair, removing Liberation and re downloaded ect, all the normal stuff, anyone got any idea? Must be some file saved somewhere i dont know about |

Ignore figured it out, coulden't see a delete option, might be blind :) |
