What:

Why: To know what actions the user does, what flows it completes and where we are seeing they leave the dispute without completing it.

How:

We want to track the following events:

  • User signups up
  • User logs in
  • User starts a Dispute
  • User saves Dispute as draft
  • User submits Dispute
  • User chooses debt collective to mail their dispute
  • User chooses to mail the dispute themselves
  • Dispute status changed (how to track this and link it to the other events in the funnel)
