What:

Why: To know what actions the user does, what flows it completes and where we are seeing they leave the dispute without completing it.

How:

We want to track the following events:

User signups up
User logs in
User starts a Dispute
User saves Dispute as draft
User submits Dispute
User chooses debt collective to mail their dispute
User chooses to mail the dispute themselves
Dispute status changed (how to track this and link it to the other events in the funnel)
