Replacing apostrophes with dashes in the slug

I have an Eleventy project, and URLs are built using slugify where apostrophes are replaced by dashes. Decap slug simply removes apostrophes, resulting in different URLs. I know that Decap slug has a configuration, but it doesn't address this specific case. It would be great to have one more option for adjusting slugs.
